ABOUT SARAH SALZ

  • Founder and Director of the Suzuki Piano School of South Florida since 1990.

  • Bachelors and Master's degrees in Music from the University of Miami.

  • Created and directed the Young Musicians' Camp: 2000 - 2024, which provided thousands of children from ages 7 to 16 with a fun and educational music experience in the summer!

  • Formal training in the Suzuki Piano Method under Haruko Kataoka, co-founder of the Suzuki Piano Method, and with Suzuki Teacher Trainer Bruce Anderson.

  • Certified Teacher Trainer in Piano by the Suzuki Association of the Americas.

  • 1992 - 2002, with her late husband, Simon Salz, directed the University of Miami Suzuki Institute.
